TOURS FOR SCHOOL GROUPS

Jeremy gives tours for school groups aged 7-18 with themes and locations connected to their studies. These include:

  • Social History of Victorian London: An exploration of the areas of Whitechapel and Spitalfields, seeking out the surviving buildings and relics that remind us of daily life back in the 19th century.

  • Great Fire of London 1666: Starting at the site of the famed bakery, this tour traces narrow old alleyways and finishes outside the Tower of London, the medieval fortress that miraculously survived the inferno.

  • Ancient Roman London: A walk that uncovers a myriad of Roman remains, often hidden beneath our feet, in the City of London, the area of the settlement founded 2000 years ago as 'Londinium'.
